Poor service and cold food

7pm. Tried to call several times. Nobody answers the phone. Great way to run a business.

After not having had KFC for about 12 years, we decided this evening to get some for the family. Ordered the mixed family bucket.... Paid just about twice what we would usually pay for pizza for four, and waited about twice as long to get it. Arrived home to find barely enough food for four people... No buns, no salad, no coleslaw, and no drinks. 12 years ago it was food poisoning, this time just a good old fashioned rip off... It'll be a lot longer than 12 for the next trip.
